I am an avid reader, having only just received two new reads, Tinkerlab and The Artful Year and have already marked several pages in both books of activities that I am wanting to try with the kids. Almost every page has a tag. Tinkerlab has been around for a while whereas The Artful Year book is new. I have been following the The Artful Parent blog for quite some time and also own Jean’s first book The Artful Parent. There are lots of activities I can do with both of my children together.
- Tinkerlab by Rachelle Doorley. Hands-on guide for little inventors. 55 Playful experiments that encourage tinkering, curiosity and creative thinking.
2. The Artful Year by Jean Van’t Hul. Celebrating the seasons and holidays with crafts and recipes. Over 175 family-friendly activities.
