We had a busy week this week and my eldest wasn’t feeling that great, so there was lots of art, painting, water and sand play and gardening as my children find these types of activities therapeutic.
My toddler loves glitter (glitter shakers) and crayons on paper.
A simple touch and feel sensory activity.
Outdoor water play
Watering some plants.
Shape cutter stamps.
Some scissor cutting practice cutting out the traced shapes.
Diagonal line cutting practice.
Tissue paper, glue, glitter, dot stickers and crayons.
Some pasting and drawing.
Wooden nesting blocks
Some basic flower arranging with what we had on hand. More scissor cutting practice.
Gardening. I didn’t take many photos but my children like to water the potted plants each day and to check if we have any new fruit or flowers.
