Making Montessori classroom materials (3-part Art cards)

Last week, I worked with another mum from my children’s Montessori school, to make up some 3-part Art cards for the classroom. I haven’t made any DIY home materials like these for a long time, so I had completely forgotten how time consuming it can actually be, so it was nice to have some help.

We were provided with the materials to make these Art cards such as the printouts and coloured card. As you can see, these have been colour coded. We were asked to also laminate them for durability as they will be used in a classroom by many children. These 3-part cards for the 3-6 year age group, consists of a picture, a label (name of the picture), a control card with a picture and the label together.
